Question

When creating estimates and invoices, the AED conversion rate is showing. I would like this to be hidden. How do I do this?

The currency conversion rate is displayed by design once Multicurrency is enabled. This is to help you track how the foreign total impacts your home currency and will serve as an indicator that you are working with a non-home currency customer. Consequently, there is no setting to hide the conversion rate on your screen.

However, please note that this rate is only visible to you. When you send the invoice or estimate to your client, the conversion rate is automatically hidden on their copy. They will only see the total amount in the customer's assigned currency, ensuring their document remains clean and professional.

To confirm this, you can select Print or Preview at the bottom of your screen to see the professional, clean version that your client actually receives.
