Sometimes local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product.
This can be the reason why you're unable to see the Print option when creating an invoice. Let me share with you some basic troubleshooting steps so you can print your sales transaction.
First, access your QuickBooks Online account in a private window. This mode doesn't save your browser's history and visited sites. Simply press the following keys to access it:
Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
Then, create again your invoice and check if you're able to see the Print option. If you can now access it, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
I'm still here if you have other questions regarding your sales transaction. Just post your questions here, I'll respond as soon as possible. Keep safe.
