I also like the idea of renaming the said name field to Place of Service because it fits for hotel businesses. While there isn't a setting for this, I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. That way, they know that you need that option. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.

On the other hand, if you want to see quick references for QBO, just click on Help in the upper right-hand corner and search for a topic you like, or check the Help articles online.
