When I search for customer's name on the laptop, the search result comes back differently than when I search on iPhone. There are more results on laptop. Why is that?

If you're using the same credentials from your iPhone and laptop, you should see the same results when searching for customers. For any mobile app problems, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure the latest updates are installed.
