We can take certain troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue where the search box does not appear for a customer name, Nusaiba.

First, verify that no modification have been made to that specific customer, as this could explain why it's not appearing. Second, check if the customer has been inactivated, as this will be the reason it's not visible in the search box.

If everything is set up and confirmed that there are no changes made, and the issue persists. I suggest clearing your browser’s cache to remove any stored webpage data that could be causing the issue. If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the problem, try using another supported browser installed on your system as a backup option.

In the meantime, you can generate a Customer Contact list report to verify if the customer is appearing.

Here's how:

  1. Select Reports on the left menu.
  2. On the search bar, enter Customer Contact List.
  3. Click Customize on the right-hand corner.
  4. Go to Filter, then check the box for Created Date
  5. Click Run report.
