Question

Whenever I want to use my phone or tablet to make invoice, I cant. This app just wont let me type the invoice's details. I even bought a separate keyboard and still cant

Please provide a help for this bcs Im sick of this problem. I do use laptop but I cant keep using laptop since I do on the road all the time and barely at home. You need to fix this asap

Hi there, Maria. This issue appears to be caused by corrupted cache files within the application. When these files become unstable, it prevents entering invoice details.

 

To get things moving again, you will need to clear out the app’s data on your device. For an IOS, you can do so by heading into your Settings, tapping General, and then selecting iPhone Storage. From there, find and tap on the QuickBooks Online app and choose Offload App.

 

If you are using an Android device, tap the Menu ☰ icon, select More Options ⋮, go to Settings, and then choose Refresh Data. When the confirmation pop-up appears, click YES.

 

Restarting the app reconnects it, helping you avoid corrupted files and providing a fresh start for creating invoices correctly. In the meantime, log in to your QuickBooks account using a web browser through your mobile app to generate invoices.

 

If the issue persists after attempting the steps provided, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Phone support team so they can identify the root cause.
