After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. Also, to have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
Then, log in to your QuickBooks account and view your payment history.
Click the Gearicon at the top.
Choose Account and Settings.
Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
Choose the View Payment History hyperlink.
Please know that billing history will display the last six (6) months' bills. And, statements are visible the day after the billing date, not the same day.
