Why am I NOT seeing my intuit invoice in the payment history of subscription and billing??

There are a few reasons why your Intuit invoice for QuickBooks Online (QBO) might not show up in your Subscriptions and billing page, ammctraining.

 

Only the Primary admin has full access to the subscription information and billing history, including the ability to view and download the invoice PDFs. Let’s ensure we log in as the administrator and view your payment history. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click the View payment history link.

 

If the invoice still isn't there, it typically appears a day after billing. If you just signed up, your first invoice is usually available after the first billing cycle. For more details, check out this article: QuickBooks monthly subscription invoice.
