Why can I not scan receipts?

I have checked all permissions and reinstalled the app 20 times and still can't scan receipts

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question about scanning receipts. 

     

    Since checking all permissions and reinstalling the app didn't work, let's try these actions: 

     

    • Signing out and then back in
    • Making sure your device is up-to-date

     

    If these also don't work, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how: 

     

    1. Go to your web browser and sign into QBO. 
    2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
    3. Press the Contact Us button. 
    4. Enter your question and hit Let's talk
    5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
