Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Then, sign in as the administrator on your account. Once done, let's check your supplier's profile to see their balances. Here's how:
Go to the Expenses menu.
Click Suppliers.
From there, see the open balance column.
You can also open the Transaction List by Supplier report to view your creditor's balances. Let me walk you through the process:
Go to the Reports menu.
From the search field, type Transaction List by Supplier.
Click the report to open.
