Good day, @tammy-fromont-no. I've noticed that this is your first post in the QuickBooks Community. Let me be the first one to welcome you here.

We can go to your Audit Log report and verify if someone changes the dates manually. QuickBooks Online keeps track of your activities in the audit log. You can see who made changes to your books and what they did. Let me show you how.

  1.  Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
  3. Find the transaction, then click the View button under the History column.
  4. From there, you can review if someone edited the transaction.

For more information, you can read this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

If no one modified the transaction, I'd suggest contacting the Nexudus Support Team. They can check the settings of the app and verify if there's an icon you need to turn on.

For your later reference, check out these articles below. These links contain steps on how to receive payment, personalize your template and manage your workflows.

Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions or concerns with QuickBooks tasks and navigations. I'm always around happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one!
