Why hasn't my paid invoice been deposited into my bank account yet?

How quickly you receive money in QuickBooks Online depends on the payment method your customer uses. Below, I'll provide more explanation and also how to check your deposit speed and status inside QuickBooks.
 

QuickBooks Payments deposits your funds within five business days after your first payment. The payment will take a little longer because your merchant account is being set up. After that, your money will arrive faster, typically within two business days.
 

If you make a payment before 3 PM PT, it should be in your bank account within 2 business days. If you process it after 3 PM PT, we'll start the deposit on the next business day.
 

Deposit times vary depending on your product and payment type. Standard deposits are processed daily, except Sundays and major holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). Instant deposits are available every day, year-round, without exception.
 

Here's how you can check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online:
 

1. Open your QuickBooks.
2. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Select Accounts and Settings.
4. Click the Payments tab.
5. Review the Deposit Speed section.
    

If your deposit hasn't arrived after five business days, check its status in the Merchant Service Center, including QuickBooks Online payments, to confirm if it was sent successfully. Here's how:
 

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the Homepage, click Activities & Reports, then Deposits.
3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
4. Hit Search.
