Why is Intuit India so scared of sharing any support email or calling number for customer support? Are we customers being encouraged to switch to Tally?

Afaik, no more India office since 2020. You have to use chat or community service to request support. Tally is not a better choice if you want to switch from QBO and integrate it with third-party apps in India.
