QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll service is only available in some regions, like Australia, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. For QBO International versions, we don't currently have a built-in payroll feature.
You'll need to record your payroll transactions as a journal entries since QuickBooks Online Singapore doesn't have a payroll function inbuilt.
To do that:
Hit on the + New button.
Select Journal Entry.
Under Date, select the payroll payment(s) date.
Input Entry # for journal entry.
Choose the Debit and Credit accounts.
Click Make Recurring.
Enter a memorable Template Name and set Template Type to Unscheduled; click Save Template.
