Hello nilima-globesea-!

 

The supplier invoice is what we called a bill. Let me show you how to create one.

  1. Go to the +New button and select Bill.
  2. Enter the details needed such as Supplier, Bill date, and the items.
  3. Review and make sure everything is correct, then click Save and close.

Please note that the bill feature isn't available in Simple Start. If you are subscribed to the said plan, you'll want to upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription.
