Question

Since yesterday all invoices i send from the website are listed as "Undeliverable"but in some case the customers is still receiving it while myself in ccn never,any idea?

I appreciate you taking the time to test by adding your own email. Invoices may appear as undeliverable if the customer’s email server is delayed or if your provider blocks your copy. Without clear delivery confirmation, the website might mark the invoice as undeliverable, even if the customer receives it.

 

Since the issue still persists, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. They can investigate in detail and determine why you’re receiving undeliverable invoice notifications.

  1. Go to the Help icon, then select the Assistance tab.
  2. In the box provided, briefly describe your issue or type Contact Support.
