Once you connect a bank account to online banking, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads transactions every night. Since some are missing, I recommend refreshing the connection to get the latest available data.
Here's how:
Go to Bookkeeping and then select Transactions.
Select Banktransactions.
Click Update.
If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Once done, let's go to the For Review tab. From there, we can edit, assign, and categorize the transactions. It helps you ensure your financial records are correct. To learn more about this process, check out this article: Categorising Bank Data.
