The problem with QuickBooks not connecting to FNB has recently been labeled as an ongoing issue. Our product engineers are presently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
For now, you can manually import your bank transactions into QBO using a CSV file as a workaround so they'll appear on QuickBooks.
Then, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.
