The purchase order template is unavailable in QBO. We can only customise customers' sales forms (invoices, quotes, and sales receipts). Also, the option to modify the layout of the purchase order to landscape orientation isn't available. However, the landscape layout will be displayed when printing. If you have already created a purchase order, follow the steps below:

Go to Expenses on the left menu.
Choose Purchase orders.
Click the View/edit link.
Tap Print at the bottom of the transaction.
Click the Print button and hit the Print icon.
Choose Landscape in the Layout section.
Press Save.
