How frequently are expense transactions at the bank entered into the expenses register ?

Let me share some details about banking.

When you link your bank account to QuickBooks Online, the transactions will be downloaded automatically. Most banks download the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. You can also update it to manually bring them in:

1. From the  Banking or Transactions menu, select the Banking tab.
2. Click the Update button.
