How to change the dominant field of a contact from the contact's name, to the company name?

Hi, accounts664. When you set up a customer or supplier profile, the Supplier Display Name or Customer Display Name field is automatically prefilled with the full name of the customer or supplier.

After entering the names, you can manually update the display name field and save the changes. You can also click the drop-down arrow to see the suggested names to use. The example below is for the supplier profile.

These changes will apply to the existing transactions and the future ones.
