How to see what bills are in a payment batch after it has been paid.

You can run the Transaction List by Supplier report and filter its date and transaction type to provide a detailed breakdown of which bills were paid under each payment transaction.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu in the left navigation bar.
2. Search for the Transaction List by Supplier report.
3. Set the correct date range, then click the Customise tab at the upper right to filter the bill payments.
4. Under Filter by, select Transaction type and choose Bill Payment (Cheque) and Bill Payment (Credit Card) under Value.
5. Once done, click Apply changes.
