I do a lot of driving. Quickbooks has restriction of tracking taxable motor vehicle expenses to 5000 km per car and can only add three cars. How do others who do more than 15000km get around this"

You're right, you can only track a maximum of 5000 kilometers per vehicle. If you maxed out the three vehicles, I recommend checking with a tax advisor. They will be able to give advice on how to go about reporting this information for year-end taxes.
