Welcome and thanks for posting in the Community, @steve-young10.
It's possible that it was already added by some other users in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). If that's the case, let's pull up the Audit Log report. It keeps track of your activities and sees who made changes to your books.
This can be done by going to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the AuditLog. Refer to this article for more information: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
If the transactions are not there, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.
Here's how:
Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once logged in, go back to the Banking page to double-check. If it's there, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
