Unfortunately we don't have a help email, we do have a phone queue and live messaging.
But, you should be able to attach the scan in the message here. Below the message field, there is a Choose File button. Select Choose File, and you can attach the scan for our review. If it contains sensitive information, you can still call us or arrange a call back to explain the detail of the issue more in depth.
In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
