Before anything else, may I ask what is the type of your DBS bank account? Just a heads-up, you can only connect the DBS bank personal bank account. Currently, connecting corporate account is not available.
If you're using DBS personal account, you'd want to contact our Customer Care team. An agent conduct a proper investigation to see what's causing this error:

Enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter "DBS Bank".
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
