I was shown a 70% discount however was billed the full amount. Please help

I've come to share details about the offered discounts when you subscribe to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @alex-raincomeaga.

Generally, QBO offers a 50% discount for the first three months of your subscription when you opt for the Buy now option instead of the Free 30-day trial.

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your billing, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can verify any shown discount on your subscription and check for available ones if applicable.

Please make sure to contact our support during support hours to assist you on time. Whenever you're ready, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
3. Select the Search tab.
4. Click the Contact Us button.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
6. Select Continue.
7. Choose a way to connect with us.

Make you you clicked the Buy button to get the discounted rate. If you purchased from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
