I would also appreciate it if you can tell me the name of your bank. This way, I can check our records if there are any reported cases. Here are the following scenarios why you're unable to connect your bank account:
The bank may not be a participating bank.
Your bank might not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
The bank is having system maintenance.
Some banks have multiple names on our list. You might want to check and select the correct one or try all possible bank URLs.
What you can do is reach out to your bank and check for any maintenance update or request to establish a connection with QuickBooks. If everything is good from your bank's side, make sure to select the correct bank name whenconnecting the account. Then, manually update your bank connection to get the latest available transactions. Here's how:
Select Banking or Transactions from the sidebar menu.
Go to the Banking tab.
Choose the appropriate bank account.
Click Update.

We can also perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your Online account in a private or incognito window. Just refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
Command + Shift + N for Safari
Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect without any issues, go back to your regular browser and thenclear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
