Advance setting tab does not show in account setting

You'll find the advance settings when clicking Account and Settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you on how.

1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
2. Select Accounts and Settings.
3. Go to the Advanced tab. 
   

However, if the tab is still not showing, let's perform troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. This is to rule cache-related issues. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh. 

You can also try switching to a different browser.
