Hi subaramani201084!

I understand the importance of dates on your data. Let me share some details about it.

The dates showing on the reports and other areas of QuickBooks Online are based on the date you choose when recording the transactions. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to see if this is due to browser errors.

Let's start by using an incognito window and review the data from there. Here are some of the keyboard shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

Also, it's best to clear the cache cause it causes unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that the browser is up-to-date.

If you need to customise reports, please check this link: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
