Although I have completed Level 1 Core training, Level 2 Advanced training and Payroll certifications are not appeared in my window. Why?

Congratulations on completing your level 1 Core certification. That's a great milestone.

Level 2 Advanced training isn't showing up yet because of how the QuickBooks Advanced Certification works. There's a 90-day waiting period after passing Level 1 before Level 2 is available on your ProAdvisor Training tab. Once those 90 days are up, Level 2 will appear automatically.
