can I customizing the UI of the quickbooks desktop enterprise edition

QuickBooks Desktop offers several ways to personalize your experience, but it does not allow for a complete UI redesign. I’ll outline what you can change and how to do it.

When it comes to navigation and workspace customization, the software allows you to move the icon bar to the top or hide it and adjust the shortcuts to your preference. To do this, click View > Top Icon Bar or View > Hide Icon Bar. It is important to know that the default placement of the icon bar is on the left.  For shortcuts customization, go to View > Customize Icon Bar, where you can Add, Edit, or Delete shortcuts. You can also drag an icon's diamond up or down to your preferred position.

For managing windows, you can also choose between One Window or Multiple Windows modes and select a color scheme. These settings are found under Edit > Preferences > Desktop View. After customizing, don’t forget to click OK to save changes. All these adjustments are user-specific, so each person can set up their own workspace to match their workflow.
