Hey there, @mufaddalferoze-m. You don't need to hire someone to create a quotation template since this option is available in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Before anything else, I'd like you to know that the Quote option is termed as an Estimate to other regions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
     

  3. Click the New style dropdown in the right corner and select Quote/Estimate.
  4. In the Design section, rename it. Then, modify the template, logo, colors, font, EFT details, and more.
  5. Next is the Content. Tick each box on the right side to enter the necessary information.
  6. After that, enter your messages to your customers in the Email section.
  7. Once finished, click Done to save.
