Let me explain how to undo bank transactions that QuickBooks Online downloaded twice. 

QuickBooks is dependent on the entries that are transmitted from your financial institution. Transactions are being posted in the system the way they have been cleared from your bank. 

We can bulk exclude them in the Banking area if you are certain that there has been a double entry. If you previously categorized them, you can undo the transactions first and exclude them after.
