Can I scan a bill containing more than one page with my phone?

You can only scan one bill at a time when using the feature since this is another way how to categorize your expense receipts. After you send images to QuickBooks, they show up in the Banking or Transactions menu and you’ll see the Receipts tab. You'll want to add attachments to customer and vendor profiles for more organized record-keeping. In addition, adding another receipt will result in a different transaction when using the Capture or Scan feature. For more information, you can read this article: Capture and Categorize Expense Receipts and Bills in QuickBooks Online.

You can also run reports in QuickBooks Online to show different aspects of your business. Some may focus on sales, others on your spending, and some look at parts of each.
