2. Choose the version of QuickBooks that best fits your business.
3. You can buy now or sign up for a 30-day free trial.
4. Since you already have an account with Intuit, select the Add another company? located at the top of the screen.
5. Enter your Email Address (User ID) and Password.
6. Select Add new company.
Then, you'll have the option to switch to different company files. Simply click on the Gear icon, then choose Switch company. It will take you to the company selection screen. All of your active and canceled files will be shown there.
