Question

Can someone help me with products and service set?I don't see items details anytime i want to raise purchase order. What could be the problem?

Hello, Samuel. Let’s make sure the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms option is enabled so it reflects correctly when creating a purchase order.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Expenses tab, then the Bills and expenses section.
  4. Turn on the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms option.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.

 

Once that’s set up, you’ll be able to add your products and services in the item details section.
