Can we make payment orders through quickbooks?, also i want to know if it can be connected to a fixed budget.

Currently, there's no way to make payment orders through QuickBooks. However, I'd suggest looking for third-party apps that can integrate with QuickBooks to instruct the bank to make a payment or series of payments to a 3rd party involve using the third-party app.

On the other hand, you can consult your accountant to help you further assist in explaining the fixed budget. They can verify if payment orders connected to this budget.
