As I've checked, we haven't received any report about users having problems opening the Sales or Expenses menu in QuickBooks Online. You may have experienced a possible browser issue that causes unusual behavior like this. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.
You can start by accessing your account using an incognito window or private browser. This helps us determine if this is a system or a browser-related issue. Here are the shortcut keys:
Command + Shift + N (Safari)
Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
If it works, you can now go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to remove stored internet files. Also, you can use any other supported browser available on your computer to further isolate and fix it.
If the issue persists, you can utilize the search bar at the top of the page to locate your sales or expenses transactions. Alternatively, you'll have the option to run sales, expenses or transactions report such as Invoice List, Open Invoice, and Transaction List by Supplier to view your records.
In addition, I've included these articles for your future reference:

Since QuickBooks Online (QBO) in India was already discontinued on April 30, you can longer access your company file to download reports.
I know that you need to download some data for FY 2022-2023. Before the discontinuation happens, we sent out emails to our valued customers to download their data and transition out of the product before 30 April 2023.
