CONNECTION WITH LODGEIT AND QB USING MY NEW PROFILE IS HAVING ISSUES. QB ONLY ALLOWS THE OLD PROFILE CONNECTION, WHICH DOES NOT IMPORT ANY DATA OUT OF QB.

Since the connection isn’t syncing, I recommend contacting LodgeiT support directly. That way, they can check on what's causing the issue and clear the old authentication from your profile if needed.
