Could i create a transaction called payroll? so it allows me to see the individual salary paid to a certain employee over time? also see outstanding unpaid salary ?

I see that your company really needs a payroll software for your business. However, the payroll feature is currently not available in the QuickBooks International versions. What we have right now is enter the name of the employees and write them a check.
