Do you have a UAE based Payroll? I have been asking about this for the last 4 years. Any chance or should I now go for one of the other alternatives and upload?

For now, QBO Payroll services is currently available in the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. You'll want to consider using a a different app or software that provides payroll services in the United Arab Emirates.
