I'm here to ensure you'll be able to update your billing and subscription efficiently, @skukyan.
Can you share with me the error message you received on your end? Any additional details you'd share can help us narrow things down.
In the meantime, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or incognito window. This way, we can check if this is a browser-related issue.
Too much data stored from the browser can affect the performance of your account. Using a private window helps us verify the issue as this doesn't save any data files. To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using. Press keys:
Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome browser
Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers
Command + Shift + N for Safari browser
If you're able to update your payment method, I suggest logging back into your regular browser and clear its cache. This optimizes the browser and starts with a clean slate. If the issue remains, I propose using other supported browsers. This way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
If you need more help updating your subscription payment method, tag me in your reply and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I'm always here to back you up!
