Hi there, Darren. Could you let me know what happens when you try to select the Purchases checkbox while setting up your tax rate? Sometimes this can be caused by the accumulated cache acting up.
To rule that out, refresh the page or login via incognito window. If you're still unable to set up a tax rate for purchases, you can switch to another supported browser to further isolate the problem
