Hashtag. Saw in youtube QB can add hashtag but not in my QB. I subscribe to QB Plus

There are lists of special characters available in QuickBooks Online, but it is only possible to add special symbols on the names of your list items, such as Customers, Suppliers, Products and Services, or the Chart of Accounts, and your QBO company name.   

However, if you are referring to adding a hashtag (#) on the transactions, it's not possible. To check what characters are acceptable in QBO, please refer to this article: Special characters accepted in QuickBooks.
