Hello , i want to get some information regarding previous financial and accounting record of my business. kindly let me know how should i get my previous balances

I can help you get the things you want within QuickBooks Online. We'll only have to pull the Profit and Loss report as well as the Balance Sheet report to view your previous financial and accounting record of your business.

The QuickBooks Profit and Loss Report shows your income, expenses, and net profit or loss over a specific period of time. From time to time, we can customize our desired date to generate the data you need. All data recorded in every report are based on what information you've entered within QuickBooks.

 To guide you further running the report, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports on the left side.
2. Scroll for a while and click Profit and Loss or the Balance Sheet report in the Business Overview section.
3. Aside from that, you can enter the name of the report in the search box.
4. In the Report period, select the appropriate dates. 
5. Then, click the Run report button.

 Make sure to set the previous dates before you run the report. Once done, you can view the balance set for those dates.
