Hi, I am primary admin for Vital Zone Home Health Care center and Vital Zone Investment. However I can only see one company under my account(Vital Zone Investments)

Handling concerns like yours, where one of the company files is not visible when logging in, depends on the situation, Hasan.

The first factor to consider is the login credentials. The other account might have different sign-in details. That said, I recommend double-checking this information so you can access the other account.

Another cause of the issue is if the account was inactivated or hidden. In this case, the company will not be visible among your active accounts. Instead, it will be listed under the Canceled companies or View my hidden companies sections.

The indicator for this matter is if there's at least (1) company in one of those areas. Refer to the snapshot below:

If the company was hidden, kindly click the View my hidden companies option and tick the Unhide icon:

On the other hand, if the account was canceled/inactive, access the Canceled companies window and open the company:
