Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, @daragh-pctec. Let's work this out so you can have your uploaded receipts managed inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
Before anything else, may I ask if you've already tried performing any troubleshooting on your end? If you haven't, I recommend we perform some basic troubleshooting to get this sorted out. Also, although temporary internet files increase the loading performance, too much can build up and cause operations to slow down. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:
Restart your browser.
Log in to your account in an incognito or private browser and then reupload the receipts to see if you can locate them in your company. You can use these shortcut keys to launch a private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. However, if the incognito window won't work, you can consider using other supported browsers.
@daragh-pctec, it's always a pleasure to have you in the Community. If you need further assistance with this, know that you can click the Reply button below, and I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Take care!
