To cancel your QBO account, you can follow these steps.
Here's how:
Log in to your QBO account in a browser on your computer.
Sign in as the primary or company admin.
Go to the Gear icon, then select the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process.
