hi i was in pay bill and when i was finished selecting my suppliers who i wanted to pay i hit save and print and now i cannot find my list its just disappeared

To clarify, the Pay Bills list disappeared because, when you clicked "Save and Print," the transactions were processed and already marked as paid. As a result, they no longer appear on the Pay Bills page. However, you can still access these transactions in the Expenses & Bills section by filtering by the specific date and vendor.

 

Here’s how you can locate them:

 

  1. Hover over All Apps and select Expenses & Bills.
  2. Click on Expense transactions.
  3. In the dropdown menu located on the left side, select the type of transaction you want to view.
  4. Use the filters to set the desired date range and choose the specific Payee (vendor).
